Shipping policy

*IMPORTANT*  If you feel that our tool is over-estimating the shipping cost, or the option you are looking for isn't there, don't hesitate to contact us at hello@botanicalbottles.com.

We'll make sure you're not paying more than you need to for shipping. 

Our shipping rates are calculated in real time through our freight providers, and we don't make a cent on shipping.  We aim to make the glass-buying process more fair for smaller producers, and that extends to shipping our goods.

Orders are generally shipped next business day if placed before 12pm PST on weekdays.

Orders placed on weekends and holidays are generally shipped upon work resumption. 

Shipping times depend on the shipping class chosen at checkout.
